Warm Soft Brown Eyeshadow for Fall Tutorial

Today's look is soft, pretty and warm & I think it's a perfect transition into fall. I love summer, and if you follow me on instagram you'll see bright, fun summery looks even in the dead of winter, since I love summer so much. But I really love the makeup that is typical for fall. Berry lips and deep purples will look great with this eyeshadow look and it's really easy to apply. Keep reading if you'd like to see how. I also linked my Youtube video version if you prefer a video format. Also, hashtag #rebeccashoresmua on instagram or twitter if you followed the tutorial so I can see your look, too!

Prime your lids, I am using NARS Pro Prime Smudge Proof Primer.

Use a base shadow from the crease to the lash line to aid with blending. I use Mac Blanc Type and a Sigma E60.

Apply SauceBox Inception (metalic, warm brown-gold) to the lid. I use a Mac 242 for this.

Blend some Mac Saddle (matte, warm brown) from the crease to just below the brow. I use a Sigma E44 for this step.

Now you'll want to blend this out really well. I am using a clean Hakuhodo J5522 here.

Apply Makeup Forever 17 (matte, chocolate brown) into the crease and downwards over Inception. I am using a Sigma E44 for this.

Add Mac Embark (matte, warn dark brown) in the outer V. I am using a Mac 217 for this.

Now grab some SauceBox Black Widow (matte, black) and place it in the outer V and blend into the crease.

Keep blending until you have no harsh lines. Switch to a clean blending brush if the black is giving you grief.

Apply more of SauceBox Inception over the first two thirds of the lid. I use a Mac 242 for this.

Add some Saucebox Sea Shell (shimmer, pale champagne) to the inner corner.

Blend Saddle along the lower lash line, using a pencil brush for this step.

Use Makeup Forever 17 along half way across the lower lash line.

Add a touch of Saucebox Black Widow just along the outer quart of the lower lash line.

Here I've lined my water line with a brown liner.

Highlight the inner corner with SauceBox Rain (shimmer, off white).

Add some liner if you feel like it.

Now add some mascara & lashes and you're done! I am using Maybelline Full n' Soft and Mac Extended Play Gigablack Lash mascaras.  I'm also wearing Elegant Lashes' Mystic Lash.
