Here's an all gray eyeshadow look I did. I like gray eyes with nude and berry lips for fall. Feel free to add some black liner to this look, as well.

Prime your lids and from the crease to the brow sweep an eyeshadow close to your skin tone.

I primed my eyes with Urban Decay Primer Potion and then used MAC Blanc Type from the crease to the brow using a Sigma F60.

I am using a MAC 242 to apply Urban Decay Mushroom in the center of the lid.

Apply MAC Concrete to the inner corner and outer corner to surround the Mushroom shadow in the center of the lid.

Apply the MAC Concrete along the crease.

Blend with an E25.

I then blend a bit of MAC Wedge from the crease to halfway up the brow bone to add a bit of warmth. I also place a MAC Typographic on the outer corner in a v-shape.

Blend.

Next, run a bit of MAC Copperplate right above the crease, blending into the Wedge, but not quite so far up.

Blend.

Using a pencil brush, run MAC Typographic along the lash line.

Then using the same brush, take a bit of MAC Carbon and run it along the outer quarter of the lash line.

Blend.

Run MAC Copperplate along the lower lash line.

Blend.

Then, run MAC Concrete along the outer third of the lower lash line.

Dab a bit more Urban Decay Mushroom in the center if needed. Apply MAC Mylar to the brow bone and MAC Shroom to the inner corner.

Tight line with Urban Decay 24/7 liner - Perversion and MAC Chromaline - NC20/NW15 in the waterline.

Curl lashes and add black mascara.
